Winter sights

As I mentioned on my main Dubbo Zoo page, the areas around Dubbo can get quite cold in winter (June to August).

It's also true that it can be very hot in summer (December to February). In fact the temperature range that I've seen in Dubbo is somewhere between about -2 and 40 degrees celcius, and I'm sure it has been both hotter and colder than this at times.

Needless to say, neither extreme is all that pleasant, but crisp winter days are still very enjoyable if you have warm clothing.
